We Want to Get To Know You
Take it from us—hiring is no easy job. And we know interviewing isn’t either.
We also believe you’re interviewing us just as much as we’re interviewing you. That’s why we’ve designed our interview process for you to share your experience and skills with our team, while learning more about who we are as a company.
1. Introductory call
This call is the perfect opportunity for us to have a conversation and see if we click. We want to hear about your background, your experience, and your interest in Mavens—and give you an idea of who we are.
2. Hands-on opportunity
This exercise is designed to evaluate how you work and where your strengths lie. It also gives you a chance to see what a day in the life of a Maven is like and learn about the kind of work you’d be doing here.
3. Final interviews
There’s no substitute for an in-person meeting. We’ll invite you to our office in either Chicago or London so we can continue to get to know each other and decide if this is a good fit for both you and us.
