The 6th MSL & IIT Strategy Summit brings together Field Medical, External Research, and Investigator-Initiated Trial leaders to solve what organizers call Medical Affairs’ “insight-to-impact problem”: valuable KOL insights that never become research action. The summit runs November 5–6 in Philadelphia.
Sessions cover how to turn field intelligence into research priorities, how to define MSL roles across the IIT lifecycle without adding compliance risk, and how to match scientific questions to the right evidence pathway, whether that’s an IIT, RWE, Phase IV, a registry, or a sponsored study. Other sessions look at stronger investigator qualification and feasibility, connected operating models across teams, and metrics that link engagement to research outputs.
Mavens will be attending to speak with Medical Affairs and External Research teams about Research & Grants Cloud, and how one connected system can carry an IIT from field insight through submission, review, and proven impact.
