What is the Mavens Medical Affairs Roundtable?
This is a dedicated, in-person event for Medical Affairs professionals focused on modernizing how teams work across medical information and scientific publications. The day brings together peers, product experts, and leaders to share what’s working, what’s next, and how teams are evolving their workflows. This year, we are focusing on medical information and scientific publications with a room dedicated to each.

When and where will the event be held?
We’re holding a welcome event from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm on Wednesday April 22, 2026. The next day, Thursday April 23, 2026, we will hold the full-day roundtable from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm at the Grand Hyatt Washington at 1000 H St NW, Washington, DC 20001. We’ll end our time together with a special ending event from 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm.

This event is designed for Medical Affairs professionals working in medical information and scientific publications. There is a Roundtable room dedicated to each. Whether you’re focused on strategy, operations, or execution, it’s built for teams navigating modern Medical Affairs workflow challenges.
Is there a cost to attend the Mavens Medical Affairs Roundtable?
No. The event is free to attend and food will be provided during the cocktail reception, the full-day, and the ending evening event.
Please note: Hotel accommodations are not included.
What meals will be included?
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all included as part of the full-day conference experience. Food will be provided during the cocktail reception and the ending evening event as well. The registration page will allow you to mark any dietary restrictions you may have.
What transportation should I use to get to the venue?
The Grand Hyatt Washington is centrally located in downtown Washington, DC, and is easily accessible via rideshare, taxi, and public transportation. Additional transportation details will be shared closer to the event.
How do I book my hotel?

Please note: If you are attending ISMPP US 2026 and have booked your hotel in their room block, you should be able to extend your stay through them through March 31st. If the hotel block for ISMPP is full and you are able to book at the link above for the extra days needed, call the Grand Hyatt Washington directly at (202) 582-1234 to combine your reservation so that you won’t have to switch rooms.

You are welcome to share the invite with those in medical information and scientific publications, even if they are outside of your company. Have them register on this site and we’ll confirm directly with them if there are still open spots.
